Zoko’s pricing page, checked on 19 October 2026, lists WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger as its channels. SMS and email are not among them. Nonito sends WhatsApp, SMS and email from the same flows.

Zoko is a good product. Here is when it is the better choice, and when Nonito is.

Pick Zoko if

You sell only on Shopify and WhatsApp is the one channel you need.
You want customers to browse the catalog and order inside WhatsApp, with an AI sales agent.
You want a large shared inbox with unlimited agents on the entry plan.

Pick Nonito if

You want SMS and email in the same flows as WhatsApp, for the customers WhatsApp misses.
You run on Odoo, or on Shopify and Odoo together.
You want an Arabic-speaking team in the region to set up the first flows with you.

Export your contacts from Zoko
Zoko lists API and webhooks on every plan. We found no documented contact export on its public pages, so ask Zoko support for a CSV of your contacts before you cancel. Your customers’ marketing consent also sits in Shopify, and we can import from there.

Shopify connects in a few clicks and is live the same day. Odoo connects through Nitro, which we set up with you during onboarding.

Bring your WhatsApp number and templates
Your WhatsApp templates belong to your own WhatsApp Business account, so they move with your number or can be resubmitted.
