For multi-location retailers

Your busiest store is anonymous. Fix that first.

Specialty retail running stores, kiosks and pop-ups alongside a webstore — where the POS knows every transaction and nothing knows the customer.

  • Retailers with several locations and a POS customer list
  • Selling in store and online, with the two rarely joined up
  • An ERP or POS export nobody has ever marketed from
  • Someone who can grant store and POS access this week

This is what it costs you.

01

Walk-ins leave no trace.

Thousands of transactions a month, and not one of them leaves you a way to talk to the person who made it.

02

In store and online are two different customers.

The same person shows up twice in your data and gets counted as two, so nothing you send them makes sense.

03

The POS list has never been messaged.

The numbers are sitting in an export. There is no consent trail, no segmentation, and no way to attribute a sale to a send.

The flows that fit you.

Every one of these runs in production on Nonito today. Narrow by what you are trying to fix, and open any card to see exactly how it is wired.

Connect what you already run.

Nonito reads your commerce data where it already lives. No export, no re-keying, no waiting on a data project.

OdooShopifyREST APIWebhooks

Questions we get from multi-location retail teams.

Our POS is not on your integration list. Now what?

A clean CSV export or an API path is enough to get started, and the REST API with webhooks covers most custom stacks. The question that matters is whether someone can grant access, not which system it is.

How do we capture opt-ins without slowing the queue?

The in-store capture flows are built for a few seconds at the till: a spin-the-wheel on a tablet, or a QR on the receipt the customer scans on their own time. Consent is captured at the moment of opt-in either way.

Can one customer record cover store and online?

That is the intent. Nonito joins the POS record and the store record onto one customer so segments, flows and attribution all work off the same person rather than two halves of them.
