Read the API docsWhat is the Nonito MCP?
A Model Context Protocol server that connects Nonito to AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. Once it is connected, you can ask about your customers, segments and flows in plain language, and have the assistant draft, edit, switch on or pause flows for you.
Can the agent send messages to my customers?
Not directly. The MCP has no tool that sends a one-off WhatsApp, SMS or email. Messages only go out through flows, new flows are always saved switched off, and switching one on shows you a preview and waits for your confirmation.
What can the agent see?
Only the workspace you signed in to. That covers customers and their orders, lifecycle segments, your saved segments, flows and their results. Customers who asked to be erased are never returned.
What do I need to connect?
A Nonito account and your API key, which you will find under Settings, then API, in app.nonito.io. Lifecycle segments and customer changes need a Shopify store that syncs orders to Nonito.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. Ask in Arabic or English. Flows can branch on each customer’s language and send Arabic and English versions of the same message.
Which AI tools does it work with?
Any client that supports remote MCP servers over Streamable HTTP, including Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT with developer mode, Cursor and VS Code. It signs in with OAuth 2.1, and falls back to an API key header for clients without OAuth.
