What is Dome?
Dome is the AI growth marketing expert inside Nonito. He reads your customers, orders and conversations, writes weekly insights from your own numbers, and builds WhatsApp, SMS and email flows, audiences and email campaigns. Nothing changes until you approve it.
Is Dome a replacement for a growth marketer?
For lifecycle and retention work, Dome does the job a growth marketer would: finding who to reach, deciding what to send and building the automation. He does not run paid ads, shoot content or set your brand strategy, so most brands pair him with whoever owns acquisition.
Where does Dome get his numbers?
From your connected store and Nonito’s own tools. Counts, stages and journey coverage are computed by SQL every night, and Dome only interprets them. He never estimates revenue or forecasts results.
Can Dome send messages to my customers on his own?
No. Every write, from saving a flow to scheduling an email, pauses for your approval, and new flows start switched off. Dome cannot send WhatsApp or SMS broadcasts at all.
Can I use Dome from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. Dome’s tools are the Nonito MCP, so the same reads and actions work in Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client, and every weekly insight comes with a prompt you can open there directly.
