Why we built this

Over 50 million people in Egypt use WhatsApp every day. In the UAE and Saudi Arabia, mobile penetration exceeds 100%. SMS gets 98% open rates versus 20% for email (Gartner). Direct messaging is how MENA consumers want to hear from businesses. But the tools to do it well were either too expensive or too basic.

Enterprise platforms like Braze and WebEngage take months to set up and are built for companies with dedicated marketing ops teams. Local SMS providers like SMS Misr and Victory Link send messages, but they don't track clicks, segment customers, or automate follow-ups. We built Nonito to fill that gap: a marketing platform on top of SMS, email, and WhatsApp, designed for the region, that you can set up in an afternoon.

Connects to the tools you already use

Nonito syncs with Odoo ERP. Contacts, orders, and customer data flow both ways. When something happens in Odoo (a new order, a cart abandon, a pipeline change), Nonito can send a message automatically. Odoo is one of the fastest-growing ERPs in the MENA region, with 204 partners in Saudi Arabia and 176 in Egypt alone.

We also connect to Shopify, Zyda, and anything else through a REST API with webhook support.
