Shopify integration
Connect your Shopify store and the events it already records (new orders, abandoned checkouts, fulfilments, cancellations, refunds and restocks) start WhatsApp, SMS and email flows your customers actually read. In English or Arabic, timed to the moment, with every order attributed back to the message.
Shopify is where the order, the checkout and the stock live. Nonito reads that data and decides who hears from you, on which channel, and when. Your theme and checkout stay as they are.
| Shopify on its own | Shopify with Nonito | |
|---|---|---|
| Abandoned checkout | A recovery email, sent to the address on the checkout. | A WhatsApp message linking to the same cart, then one last reminder with an optional discount. |
| Order confirmation | A confirmation email and an order status page. | WhatsApp with Confirm and Cancel buttons, so cash-on-delivery orders are checked before they ship. |
| Channels | Email, and SMS for some order notifications. | WhatsApp, SMS and email in one flow, picking the channel per customer. |
| Discounts | Codes made by hand and shared with everyone. | A single-use code per customer, created in your store with the expiry you set. |
| Results | Sales by channel. | Orders and revenue attributed to each flow and each message. |
The Shopify events brands wire up most, and the flow each one starts. Every link opens the flow, its templates and the setup.
| Shopify event | From | What the customer gets |
|---|---|---|
| Order created | Orders | Order confirmation on WhatsApp, with Confirm and Cancel for cash on delivery |
| Checkout abandoned | Checkouts | A WhatsApp reminder linking straight back to the cart, then one last nudge |
| Order fulfilled | Fulfilments | Shipping updates with the courier and tracking link |
| Order delivered | Fulfilments | A one-tap review request once the product has arrived |
| Order cancelled | Orders | Ask why in one tap, then offer a swap or a held credit |
| Order refunded | Refunds | Refund confirmation that asks what went wrong |
| Product restocked | Inventory | Back-in-stock SMS to everyone who asked for that variant |
| Segment of past buyers | Order history | Cross-sell email with the product people buy next |
A shopper leaves checkout without paying. Nonito checks the order has not come through, waits an hour, and sends the WhatsApp reminder in Arabic or English with a link back to the same cart.

Sign up, enter your store domain and approve access in Shopify. Orders, checkouts, customers and products start flowing in, and nothing is exported by hand.
Bring your WhatsApp Business number or set one up through Nonito. Templates are written in English and Arabic and submitted to Meta for you.
Pick a flow, choose the Shopify event that starts it, and map the template variables to your order fields.
Most Shopify brands start with abandoned cart and order confirmation. Every message is reported against the orders it brought in.
What it costs to send: WhatsApp API pricing by country → and Nonito plans →
Shopify sends its own notifications by email, and some by SMS. WhatsApp needs an app. Nonito connects to your store and sends those moments on WhatsApp, SMS or email, with buttons, branching and revenue attribution.
You approve Nonito in your Shopify admin with your store domain. From then on orders, abandoned checkouts, customers and products sync on their own.
Yes. The connection uses the standard Shopify admin access every plan has, so it works the same on Basic, Shopify, Advanced and Plus.
Yes. A Discount node creates a single-use code per customer in your store, as a percentage, a fixed amount or free shipping, with the expiry you set. Follow-up nodes can check whether it was used.
No. You can bring an existing WhatsApp Business number, or Nonito sets up the API connection and submits your templates to Meta during onboarding.
Yes. Every template is written in English and Arabic, and a Language node routes each customer to the right one.
