WhatsApp CRM
Most WhatsApp CRMs start with a phone number and a blank contact card. Nonito starts with your Shopify or Odoo orders, so every chat, segment and automated flow knows who the customer is, what they bought and when they last came back. Built for brands selling in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the wider GCC.
A list of phone numbers is not a CRM. These are the parts that turn WhatsApp into a record of each customer, and each one runs on your order data.
Each profile puts the customer’s orders, the WhatsApp messages they sent and received, and the flows that reached them in one timeline. You see that Farida ordered twice, got a shipping update on Tuesday and replied to it.
Every customer gets a lifecycle stage (New, Returning, Loyal, Champions, Cooling, At Risk, Lost and more), rescored every night from completed orders. Build your own on order value, recency, frequency and product.
An order created, a checkout abandoned, a parcel delivered: each can start a WhatsApp flow that waits, branches on the customer’s reply and stops when they act. SMS and email sit in the same flow.
Replies land in a single inbox. Labels such as “Sara” or “Refunds” route chats to a person or a team, and each chat shows whether the 24-hour window is still open.
An order placed after a flow or campaign message is attributed to it, on the customer’s profile and in the flow’s results. You see which message brought the money in, not just how many were read.
When Farida writes in, you are not starting from a phone number. Her profile shows what she bought, what she spent, which flows reached her and what she said back, with each order marked when a message brought it in.
Her lifecycle stage moves on its own as she orders, or stops ordering, so the next campaign reaches the right people without anyone re-tagging contacts.

Most WhatsApp CRMs were built for chat teams in general, not for a store that sells in Arabic and English across the GCC. Here is the difference store data makes.
| A typical WhatsApp CRM | Nonito | |
|---|---|---|
| Contact record | Name, phone number and the tags someone added by hand. | Orders, spend, last purchase and every message, synced from Shopify or Odoo. |
| Segments | Lists you import or tag manually, and that go stale. | Lifecycle stages rescored nightly from orders, plus segments on value, recency and product. |
| Automation | Broadcasts and keyword replies. | Flows that start on store events and branch on the button the customer taps. |
| Channels | WhatsApp only. | WhatsApp, SMS and email in the same flow, so a customer without WhatsApp still hears from you. |
| Results | Messages sent, delivered and read. | Orders and revenue attributed to each flow and campaign. |
Nonito reads your orders from the system you already sell on. Nothing is exported or uploaded by hand.
Approve Nonito in your Shopify admin and orders, abandoned checkouts, customers and products sync on their own. Flows can also create a single-use discount code in your store.
Shopify integration →Nitro, Nonito’s enterprise platform, sends eight Odoo events as they happen: order created, updated, packed, dispatched, delivered and cancelled, and customer created and updated. Nonito reads them; nothing is written back to Odoo.
Odoo integration →Most of what a store needs a bot for is the same few moments: confirm this order, where is my parcel, how was it. Nonito handles those with flows that start on the order and branch on the button the customer taps.
A WhatsApp template carries quick-reply buttons, and each button sends the customer down its own branch. Confirm releases a cash-on-delivery order, Cancel starts the save flow, and anything the customer types after that lands in the inbox for your team.
A Language node sends Arabic speakers the Arabic template and everyone else the English one.
Wait for Event pauses a flow until the next store event, such as the order being fulfilled, and Skip If stops it the moment the customer has already done what you asked.
Anything a customer types lands in the inbox. Where an AI agent is switched on for your account, it answers and your team can take manual control of any chat, then hand it back.
What it is not. Nonito has no keyword-menu or free-text bot builder, and it is not a website or Instagram chat widget. If you mainly need a chatbot answering open questions across several chat channels, a tool such as Wati or respond.io is built for that. Nonito is built for the conversations an order starts. A cash-on-delivery order comes in. Nonito asks the customer to confirm in their own language, and each button takes the order somewhere different. If they reply with a question instead, it is waiting in the inbox.

A WhatsApp CRM keeps a record of each customer next to your WhatsApp conversations with them, so you can segment, automate and follow up instead of replying from a phone. Nonito builds that record from your Shopify or Odoo orders, so it knows what each customer bought, not only what they said.
Yes. Every reply lands in one WhatsApp inbox your team works from. Labels such as a teammate’s name or “Refunds” route chats, you can filter by label or unread, search by number or name, send images, videos and documents, and send an approved template when the 24-hour window has closed. The inbox is on the Growth plan and above.
For order conversations, yes. Flows send WhatsApp templates with quick-reply buttons, and each button routes the customer down its own branch: confirm an order, cancel it, rate a delivery or reach a person. Nonito has no keyword or free-text bot builder. Where an AI agent is switched on for your account, it answers chats in the inbox and your team can take over at any time.
Yes. Shopify connects directly. Odoo connects through Nitro, Nonito’s enterprise platform, which sends eight order and customer events: order created, updated, packed, dispatched, delivered and cancelled, and customer created and updated. Nonito does not write anything back to Odoo.
Flows start on the Spark plan at $49 a month, and the WhatsApp inbox, your own number and marketing messages come with Growth at $129 a month. WhatsApp messages beyond the plan allowance are billed per message, at the rate Meta sets for the customer’s country.
Yes. Templates are written in Arabic and English, a Language node picks the right one per customer, cash-on-delivery confirmation is a standard flow, and SMS and email sit in the same journey for customers who are not on WhatsApp.
Book a call and we will connect your store, set up WhatsApp and switch the first flow on with you.
