Which one fits.

Respond.io is a good product. Here is when it is the better choice, and when Nonito is.

Pick Respond.io if

  • Your team sells and supports in chat all day and needs one inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, email and calls.
  • You want AI agents that qualify leads and route conversations to the right person.
  • You run on HubSpot or Salesforce rather than a store platform.

Pick Nonito if

  • You are a Shopify or Odoo brand and want flows that start on orders, carts and deliveries, without Zapier in between.
  • You want SMS and email campaigns in the same flows as WhatsApp, without a separate SMS provider.
  • You want to see which orders each flow brought back.

Yes, through your own account with Twilio, Telnyx, Vonage or Bird, which then bills the SMS. On Nonito, SMS is part of the platform and appears on the same bill as WhatsApp.

How is Respond.io priced?

Starter is $79 a month billed yearly. Growth and Advanced start at $159 and $279 a month billed yearly for 1,000 Monthly Active Contacts and rise with that count. WhatsApp fees are paid on top. Nonito’s plans are flat by tier up to 50,000 contacts.
