Does Wati send email?

Email is not among the channels in Wati’s own product overview, which lists WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, RCS, SMS, TikTok and website chat. Nonito sends email from every plan, including Free.

Can I send SMS from Wati?

Yes, through your own Twilio account, on the Business plan. Twilio then bills the SMS separately. On Nonito, SMS is part of the platform and appears on the same bill as WhatsApp.

Does Wati handle cash-on-delivery confirmation?
