Shopify × WhatsApp
Nonito connects Shopify to WhatsApp. Events Shopify already records start automated WhatsApp flows, in English or Arabic, and every order that follows is attributed back to the message. WhatsApp is where customers in Egypt and the Gulf already read their messages, and it carries buttons, images and replies.
Each one starts from an event Shopify already records. Pick one to see the flow, the templates and the setup.
Starts on: Order created
A WhatsApp message the moment an order is placed, asking the customer to confirm it before you pack anything.
See the flow →Starts on: Checkout abandoned
When someone leaves a full cart, a WhatsApp message brings them back to it. Two messages, then it stops.
See the flow →Starts on: Order fulfilled
Tell the customer where the order is before they have to ask, at every step from dispatch to the door.
See the flow →Starts on: Order delivered
A few hours after delivery, one tap to rate the order. Good ratings go to your storefront, poor ones go to a person.
See the flow →Starts on: Order cancelled
When an order is cancelled, ask why, then offer the fix that matches the answer.
See the flow →Starts on: Order refunded
Confirm the refund plainly, find out what went wrong, and leave the door open without selling.
See the flow →Starts on: Product restocked
Capture the number on a sold-out variant, then text exactly those people the minute it is back.
See the flow →Starts on: Segment of past buyers
Take a segment, work out what each person should buy next from what they already bought, and send it.
