Odoo × WhatsApp
Odoo's order delivered event starts a Nonito flow that sends the customer a WhatsApp message, in English or Arabic, and attributes every order that follows. WhatsApp is where customers in Egypt and the Gulf already read their messages, and it carries buttons, images and replies.
Nonito receives orders, order status changes and customers from Odoo. For this flow it listens for one event and uses a handful of fields from it.
| From Odoo | What it is for |
|---|---|
Order deliveredorder_delivered | Sent when the order is delivered, so the question follows the product rather than the invoice. |
| Phone number | From the order. |
| Delivery status | The flow fires on delivered, not on shipped. |
| Order contents | So the question names what they actually bought. |
| First name | Used for personalisation. Optional. |
| Branch | Restaurants and retail. Lets you read the score per location. Optional. |
A few hours after delivery, one tap to rate the order. Good ratings go to your storefront, poor ones go to a person.
The question
Hi Nour Your order #1042 has been delivered. 1 × Classic Tote How was it?
After a good rating
That is lovely to hear, Nour. Customers who bought the Classic Tote most often pair it with the Leather Card Holder.
Use them as they are or rewrite them in your voice. The variables in braces are filled from Odoo at send time.
Hi {{first_name}}
Your order {{order_number}} has been delivered.
{{order_items}}
How was it?Naming the item is what turns a generic survey into a question about something they are holding.
That is lovely to hear, {{first_name}}.
Customers who bought the {{product_name}} most often pair it with the {{recommended_product}}.The recommendation comes from real purchase pairings, so it reads as useful rather than as an upsell bolted onto a thank you.
Thank you for telling us, {{first_name}}.
What would have made it better? Write it here and it reaches the person who can fix it.No apology template and no discount. Someone who just had a bad experience wants to be heard before they are compensated.

Nitro, Nonito’s enterprise platform, sends your Odoo orders and customers into the Nonito events API as they happen. It is set up with you during onboarding, against your own Odoo instance.
Bring your WhatsApp Business number or set one up through Nonito. Templates are written in English and Arabic and submitted to Meta for you.

Yes. Odoo's order delivered event starts the flow, and Nonito sends the WhatsApp message with the customer's details filled in from Odoo. It runs on its own once switched on.
Order delivered. Sent when the order is delivered, so the question follows the product rather than the invoice.
No. You can bring an existing WhatsApp Business number, or Nonito sets up the API connection and submits your templates to Meta for approval during onboarding. Approval is usually the only thing you wait on.
Yes. A Language node sends Arabic speakers the Arabic template and everyone else the English one, using the language on the Odoo customer record.
No. Only good ratings run through the Judge.me node. Everything else routes to a person to resolve first.
Only to publish back to the storefront. Without it the flow still collects and stores the rating and whatever the customer writes.
The same flow, started by Shopify instead of Odoo.
