Nonito connects Odoo to SMS. Events Odoo already records start automated SMS flows, in English or Arabic, and every order that follows is attributed back to the message. SMS needs no app, no opt-in to a platform and no template approval, and it reaches every phone.

Connect Odoo through Nitro
Nitro, Nonito’s enterprise platform, sends your Odoo orders and customers into the Nonito events API as they happen. It is set up with you during onboarding, against your own Odoo instance.

Connect SMS
Send under your own sender name, set up during onboarding. A registered sender name is what decides whether an SMS arrives at all in most Arab markets.

Switch on the first flow
Start from a flow in the library, pick the event and the template, and turn it on. It runs on its own from there.

Does Arabic SMS cost more?
Arabic text is encoded differently, so one SMS segment holds 70 characters instead of 160. Keep Arabic messages short or they split into two or three billed segments. The free Arabic SMS counter shows the split before you send.
What is Nitro?
Nitro is Nonito’s enterprise platform. For Odoo it is the connection that sends orders and customers from your Odoo instance into Nonito’s events API, where they start flows and build segments.
Which Odoo events can start a flow?
Order created, updated, packed, dispatched, delivered and cancelled, plus customer created and updated. Each arrives with its own validated fields, such as the tracking number on dispatch and the reason on cancellation.
