Best AI Marketing Agents for Ecommerce in 2026

Best AI Marketing Agents for Ecommerce in 2026

Eight AI marketing agents compared for ecommerce brands: what each one actually does, which channels it covers, whether it asks before sending, and how it is priced.

How we compared them

Every marketing platform now has an "AI agent". They are not the same thing. Some write copy, some build whole campaigns, some decide which offer each customer should get. For an ecommerce brand, four questions separate them:

  1. What does the agent actually do? Write, build, decide, or all three.
  2. Which channels does it cover? In MENA, whether WhatsApp is native matters most.
  3. Does it ask before anything reaches a customer?
  4. Who is it built for, and how is it priced?

Every claim below comes from the vendor's own website, linked in each section, as checked on 25 October 2026. Features change quickly, so check the vendor's page before you decide. We describe pricing models, not prices, because prices go stale within a quarter.

Disclosure: Nonito is our product. We have included it, and we have tried to describe it with the same restraint as everyone else.

1. Klaviyo Composer

Klaviyo describes Composer as its always-on AI marketing agent. It answers questions about performance, audits campaigns, flows, forms and audiences, builds segments, and drafts campaigns and flows, including the audience, content and send plan. It can also run scheduled recurring tasks.

  • Channels: email, SMS, push, WhatsApp and RCS, with WhatsApp connected through your own Meta account.
  • Approval: Klaviyo says you stay in control of customer-facing marketing and review work before it goes live.
  • Pricing model: by active profiles.
  • Strength: the widest native channel list in this group, working on the brand's own data.

2. Salesforce Agentforce Campaign Creation

Inside Salesforce's marketing cloud, Agentforce drafts a campaign brief from a plain-language prompt, builds segments from natural language, writes the subject line, preheader, body and landing page, and assembles a draft campaign.

  • Channels: email, SMS, WhatsApp and push are named.
  • Approval: Salesforce's own walkthrough has the marketer confirm each stage before launch.
  • Pricing model: quote-based by edition, with agent actions drawn from credits.
  • Strength: deep CRM and customer data underneath.

3. BrazeAI

Braze has three parts: Operator, an assistant in the dashboard that builds content, campaigns, Canvases and segments; agents that generate content per user at send time; and Decisioning Studio, which picks the best offer, timing or campaign for each customer against goals such as repurchase and win-back.

  • Channels: email, in-app, web, SMS and RCS, WhatsApp, LINE and KakaoTalk.
  • Approval: Operator asks you to review and approve each proposed action by default.
  • Pricing model: not published.
  • Strength: per-customer decisioning that goes beyond writing copy.

4. Bloomreach Loomi Marketing Agent

Bloomreach says Loomi turns a single prompt into a built workflow: audiences, multi-step journeys, personalisation and creative. It also flags underperforming campaigns and proposes plans for approval.

  • Channels: the agent covers email and SMS, with more on Bloomreach's roadmap. In the wider platform, WhatsApp runs through a provider.
  • Approval: Bloomreach says nothing ships on its own.
  • Pricing model: quote-only annual contract; agents are add-ons.
  • Strength: an explicit approval gate on top of commerce data.

5. Omnisend AI tools

Omnisend offers a set of AI tools rather than one agent: an AI segment builder, copy and subject line generation, product recommendations, a forms assistant, and an MCP server that lets ChatGPT or Claude create campaigns.

  • Channels: email, SMS and web push. WhatsApp is not native; Omnisend's help centre points to a third-party integration.
  • Pricing model: tiered by contacts.
  • Strength: affordable for small stores, with several AI tools on the free plan.

6. Relevance AI

Relevance AI is a platform for building your own agents, with marketing templates for strategy, segmentation, nurture sequences and content repurposing. Agents can run on schedules, CRM events or webhooks.

  • Channels: it is not a sending platform; it sends through tools such as HubSpot or Gmail.
  • Approval: you design the approval rules yourself.
  • Pricing model: usage-based credits.
  • Strength: flexible across your whole stack, if you have the team to build.

7. HubSpot Breeze agents

HubSpot's marketing agents include a Content Agent for blog, social and landing pages, a Campaign Agent that plans a multi-channel campaign from one goal, and a Nurture Agent that emails each lead based on their stage.

  • Channels: email, blog, social and landing pages are named.
  • Approval: you test agents before they go live and choose which actions run on their own.
  • Pricing model: by edition, with HubSpot credits.
  • Strength: runs inside the CRM, with full contact history. Built more for B2B and inbound than for ecommerce.

8. Nonito Dome

Dome is the AI growth marketing expert inside Nonito. He keeps a brand file recomputed every night, writes three to six weekly insights backed by the brand's own numbers, alerts the owner to bad reviews the same day, and builds flows, audiences and email campaigns.

  • Channels: WhatsApp first, with SMS and email. On Nonito, about 69% of flow messages go on WhatsApp.
  • Approval: every write waits for the owner, and new flows are saved switched off. Dome cannot send WhatsApp or SMS broadcasts.
  • Built for: commerce brands in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, in Arabic and English, on Shopify, Odoo, Foodics or a custom store.
  • Strength: cash-on-delivery confirmation and Arabic and English flows built in.
  • Limits: no paid ads or content production, and a smaller integration list than the global platforms.

How to choose

  • A Shopify brand outside MENA, email-led: Klaviyo or Omnisend, depending on size and budget.
  • An enterprise team already on Salesforce or Braze: the agent inside the platform you have.
  • A team that wants to build its own agents: Relevance AI.
  • A MENA commerce brand where WhatsApp, Arabic and cash on delivery matter most: Dome.

Whichever you choose, check two things on a trial: whether the agent works from your live data, and whether anything can reach a customer without your approval. Read what an AI growth marketer is for the difference between an agent that writes and one that does the job.
